Located on the first set of hills of the beach community of Playa Ocotal with magnificent views overlooking the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Papagayo,  Vista Brava is just a two minute drive to the Ocotal beaches, ten minutes to the beachside town of Playas del Coco, and thirty minutes to Liberia International Airport.

The property is comprised of a main house and a separate guest room totaling 4,200 square feet of living space. The House offers four full sized suites that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Each suite offers bathroom facilities, air conditioning, and outstanding ocean views. Additionally, Vista Brava features a full kitchen, integrated living room-dining room combination, a TV room and office area with a computer for guests to use.
